Rajasthan School Shiksha Parishad Recruitment 2023 necessary guidelines

1. By letter dated 24.05.2018, Department of School Education and Language, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur, council headquarter and dated 08.08.2018 and 24.09.2018 by reorganizing the block, district and divisional level offices, integrating them and approving the posts in the administrative system. Eligibility has been determined. Therefore, the post qualification will remain as per the above orders.
2.  The details of the vacant posts to be conducted and other information related to the interview can be obtained from Rajasthan School Education Council (www.rajsmsa.nic.in).
3.  The application for all the posts has to be made online through the staff window of the Shala Darpan Portal of the Rajasthan Education Department with their login ID.
4.  Information related to the applicant will be taken from Shala Darpan’s Form-10 (P-10), so before applying, the applicant will fill out Form-10 (P-10) (such as mobile number, e-mail, personal information, educational qualification and category). Be sure to update. No modification will be possible after registration.
5.  If the applicant fills in erroneously, the application can be canceled, and a re-application can be made before the last date and time.
6.  While applying on Shala Darpan by the applicant, OTP will come on the registered mobile number on Shala Darpan only.
7.  Applications for the above posts can be filled from 19.07.2023 to 23.07.2023 till 12.00 midnight. (After that, the link will be turned off)
8.  The right to decrease/increase the vacancies of the above-related posts will be reserved under the State Project Director, Rajasthan School Education Council, Jaipur.
9.  All the posts published in the notification are of delegation, which will be filled by the personnel working in the Education Department under the State Government.
10.  The tenure of the personnel posted in project offices will be a minimum of one year, which can be extended for a maximum of four years as per rules (Rule 144 “A” of Rajasthan Service Rules 1951) . But if the deputation it’s work is not found satisfactory or due to administrative reasons, the State Project Director, Rajasthan School Education Council, Jaipur can cancel the delegation and release him from work for the parent department.
11.  Personnel working under Rajasthan Swachha Gramin 2011 service will not be eligible for application.
12.  Salary and allowances will be given to the selected candidates according to their respective pay chain posts. Deputation allowance will be payable as per the rules.
13.  After deputation from another department, there should be a cooling off period of at least one year in the parent department.
14.  The selection process will not be done against the working personnel posts subject to the Hon’ble Court’s order.
15.  Any disciplinary action / departmental inquiry currently proposed/pending in the department against the candidate or those who have been punished in any way under the Rajasthan Civil Services Rules, 1958, will not be eligible for posting.
16.  The applicant selected through the interview must present all the original documents mentioned in the application form when joining the concerned office. Suppose any information given by the applicant in the application is found wrong. In that case, the delegation of the applicant will be canceled, and disciplinary action will be proposed against him.
17.  Any judicial dispute’s jurisdiction will be in Jaipur district’s jurisdiction.
18.  The applicant’s age should not exceed 57 years as of 31.07.2023.
19.  For all the posts, the applicant must have computer knowledge.
20.  In addition to the desired district/block applied for by the applicant, delegation can be done elsewhere in the interest of the project.

1. An online interview facility has been started to maintain social distancing during the Corona period and save the candidates from travel troubles.
2.  Interviews will be conducted online through Microsoft Teams.
